  • This asana is the child's pose.
  • It relaxes the body between asanas.

Method
  1. Kneel on the floor.
  2. Keep the handsw in front of the knees, resting lightly on the knees.
  3. Sit back on the calves with the hands still resting lightly on the knees.
  4. Stretch hips and hands forward and let the palms rest on the floor.
  5. Keep the shoulders.
  6. Let the head touch the floor.
  7. Relax in this position for 10 seconds, breathing normally.
