  • It corrects minor displacements of the vertebrae.
  • It also gently twists the spine.

Method
  1. Sit with legs extended forward and touching each other.
  2. Extend the arms forwards, so that they are parallel to the floor. The palms should face downwards.
  3. Inhale.
  4. While exhaling, move the arms sidewards.
  5. While inhaling, return to the original position.
  6. Repeat with the other side.
