It is said in “Garbhopanishad” that the body is a combination of five Panch-bhoots resorting to six deities. Every human desires to have stronger and wiser children. Prajapati ans Saraswati are the two deitiesin these asylums which bestow upon us the powerof conceiving a child. Therefore it is believed that pleasing these two deities can help a couple in conceiving a healthier and wiser child.
This is a collection of mantras which are to be heard by a couple before conceiving and a mother pre and post pregnacy.
The mantras start with a Shloka which has to be heard by both the husband and the wife together. This is followed by the Santaan Gopala Stotra which is praying to the Lord that our child be born like Lord Krishna.
Then the mantras are divided into three sections:
- Mantras to be heard to conceive a child.
- Mantras to be heard during pregnancy for the safety of the mother and the child.
- Mantras to be heard after the delivery for the safety and overall development of the child.
